SHIPPING & RETURNS

METHODS AND RATES

We currently offer three shipping methods from our New Orleans store.

This offer excludes oversized items and sale items.

If an oversized item costing more than $200 is purchased, you will still be responsible for the shipping costs and will be billed separately for the shipping. There are no exceptions to the oversized item shipping policy.

UPS GROUND: Normal delivery in 5 business days after processing. Oversized shipments can take up to 10 days to be delivered after processing. We offer Ground shipping to the 48 contiguous states.

UPS 2ND DAY: Delivery in 2 business days after processing.

UPS NEXT DAY AIR: Delivery the next business day after processing.

UPS NEXT DAY AIR: Delivery the next business day after processing.

 Please note: We reserve the right to designate your order as an overweight item.

PROCESSING TIMES

All orders require up to 3 business days from the date purchased to be processed and shipped, pending availability and credit card verification. Pied Nu is not responsible for delays in processing or shipping. Saturday and Sunday purchased will be processed the following business day.

 RETURNS

If you have any questions about an item, please e-mail us at info@piednunola.com before purchasing. 
- We accept returns on unaltered, and unused items, with all PIED NU tags and labels still on the garment, within 14 days of the purchase date for an exchange or store credit only. At this time prepaid return labels are not available. Return shipping is non-refundable. Store credit issued will not include original shipping charges. To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be in a new and unused state. It must also be in the original packaging. 
- Due to the custom-made nature of many of our products, several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including: fine jewelry, swimwear, intimates, homewares, apothecary, gift certificates, sale items, special orders, and/or other custom pieces are not able to be returned or exchanged.
- All sale merchandise is final and not eligible for returns/exchange. 
** Store credit needs to be used within 60 days **
 

GIFTS

If you received the item as a gift, we can only offer an exchange or store credit. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If the item was shipped directly to you, store credit will be applied to the person who purchased the gift.

 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
